We have been coming to Costa-Rica since 1992. In 2001, we began exploring different paragliding sites throughout the country in order to diversify and broaden our options. At the beginning, only five local pilots and a few of us would fly over the mountains located mostly in the area of Puerto Caldera. Now Costa-Rica houses many paragliding sites on the west coast and mainland and welcomes paraglidors from around the world.

At El Buena Vista, we fly from the sites of the south-west coast over a tropical forest. This jungle consists of Primary and Secondary forests and is quite enchanting!

During your stay with us, you will be able to fly over the tropical canopy and land on sandy beaches! While on paragliding expeditions, we will stop to swim in one of the many cascades and rivers of Costa-Rica or snack in a typical restaurant where you’ll enjoy home-made fish, meat, or vegetable dishes called “casado typico” or the famous ceviché! Simple yet delicious, this cuisine is sure to please your palate!
